Let the Summer Challenge Begin!

The Cowgirl Fit Summer Challenge begins tomorrow and we are so excited!  It will run from April 20th - May 29th, 40 days of nothing but getting fit and reaching your goals.  We have teamed up some great individuals who we think will work very well together.

Cowgirl Fit gives you the opportunity to lose weight and get in shape while making new friends and a chance to win a new pair of Stetson boots!  We are not only giving away a pair of Stetson boots to the winning team, but the individual who loses the most percentage of weight.  So, if your teammate gets the flu or can't lose as planned, it will not mess up your progress of winning boots!


Also, we will be giving away a few Lil' Love tank tops from Noble Outfitters along the way!

Get ready to share recipes, workouts and your favorite things in the Cowgirl FIt Summer Challenge!  We can't wait to see the results!

Meet the Cowgirl Fit Challenge Coaches

To help you throughout the Cowgirl Fit Challenge, we have a couple of coaches that will motivate and bring you some helpful information.

Lauren
Lauren is a Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach.  She is also a past Miss Reno Rodeo, Miss Rodeo Nevada, Top 10 at Miss Rodeo America 2011.  
Lauren says, "Starting a fitness journey can be a confusing and overwhelming process. The hardest part can actually be taking that first step out the door and learning to live a healthier lifestyle! 
  



Quinton
Quinton has been training hard for the past 6 years.  He is an avid outdoors 
enthusiast and has lived in the cold winter of Siberia while serving a mission for his church.  He is a so-called 'gym-rat' and his favorite exercise is the Power Clean.   Quinton says, "One of my favorite things in life is helping people get healthy and excited about fitness."
